• ​Our ticket services are subject to standard Dutch law. Under Dutch law, you have 14 days to reconsider your online purchase unless the service has already been used. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please let us know within 14 days. Please note that canceling your ticket means you will no longer be able to participate in the event. You can cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts, unless the 14-day reconsideration period has already expired.

• ​By registering for an event, you agree to our Zero Tolerance Policy  regarding inappropriate behavior. This includes (but is not limited to) racism, discrimination, sexual misconduct, aggression, and any behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable. Violating this policy will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all our activities and communication channels.

• International Center Foundation is not responsible for any damage to, theft, or loss of your personal belongings.​

• We do our best to provide accurate information when we receive an information request, depending on staff availability and the nature of the request. If we’re unable to assist with your request, we’ll do our best to direct you to another service that may be able to help. While we strive to share accurate and helpful information, we recommend verifying any details before acting on them.
